Oriental College of Pharmacy [OCP], Sanpada, Navi Mumbai organized One Day Workshop on ‘Career And Business Prospects In The Area Of Pharma Entrepreneurship’ on 30th March 2019. The objective of the workshop was to train students about entrepreneurship, build confidence for facing corporate interviews, understanding of corporate culture and planning pharmaceutical career successfully. Mr. Nitinkumar Kale, Director, National Young Entrepreneurs Development Center and Mr. Sufi Roomi, Founder, Roomi Consultancy were the resource speakers for the workshop. The training program was designed for B. Pharm. & M. Pharm. students aspiring for Start-Ups, formation, operation and sustainability. Major focus was on Government initiatives & schemes for Start-Ups. The august event was attended by B. Pharm. & M. Pharm. students. Principal Dr. Sudha Rathod welcomed the resource speakers and thanked the Programme Co-ordinator, Dr. Mrs. Pradnya Palekar-Shanbhag, Professor & Head, Pharmaceutics Department for initiating the event. The Principal, Programme Co-ordinator and Organizing Committee thanked Prof. Javed Khan, President of Oriental Education Society and Mr. Waseem Khan, Managing Director for their strong support to organize such successful event.
