REPORT OF FACULTY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM ON PEDAGOGICAL ANALYSIS “Teach To Learn And Learn To Teach” Held on 7th July 2018
Oriental College of Pharmacy, Sanpada, Navi Mumbai organized FACULTY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM ON PEDAGOGICAL ANALYSIS on 7th July 2018 under the guidance of Dr. Sudha Rathod, Principal, Oriental College of Pharmacy. The workshop was attended by the faculty of Oriental College of Pharmacy and students of Oriental College of Education. The workshop was conducted by the Principal and faculties of Oriental College of Education. Principal, Dr. Sudha Rathod welcomed the resource speakers and she thanked the speakers for sharing their knowledge and experience.
Dr. Sudha Rathod also thanked Programme Convener, Dr. Sayyed Mateen, Associate Professor, Department of Pharmacology for taking an initiative for organizing such edifying event. The faculty development program was designed to inculcate good teaching practices among the faculties, to train teachers with skills and knowledge to promote the professional development and to foster a climate for innovation in teaching and learning. The FDP was divided into four different sessions. These FDP sessions were conducted by following faculty of Oriental College of Education as resource persons on the topics given therein:
