The students of Oriental College of Pharmacy in collaboration with the Student Council organized a six days college festival ‘GRAVITY’ from 11th January, 2016 to 16th January, 2016.
The initial days had comprise of small stage events like Singing, showing of their talents in AD-MAD, Mehendi, Rangoli etc. which has been conducted inside the college premises. There were a host of competitive events including Best out of waste, Master Chef, Salad decoration etc. For the college geeks, events such as Quiz for the rigorous fan of general knowledge, speaking events such as Debate- to throw away the blanket of shyness and charm the crowd by the power of words and Spelling bee have been arranged. The highlight of the small stage event was the ‘Traditional Day walk’ where the best contestant was crowned as Miss Sanskriti and Mr. Sanskriti. Formal function marked the beginning of the main stage event which has been held on 16th January, 2016. The festival offered a mesmerizing Fashion Show, Skit and Dance performances. At the end of all the events the class with the maximum points won the Cultural trophy.
