Oriental College of Pharmacy [OCP], Sanpada, Navi Mumbai organized and inaugurated ‘Prof. Javed Khan Annual Lecture Series’ on 19 th September 2018. In line with the set objectives of Oriental Education Society and Oriental College of Pharmacy, OCP instituted Annual Lecture Seriesnamed ‘Prof. Javed Khan Annual Lecture Series’ as a respect and affection for our President Sir. Ms. Ruchi Singh, Co-Founder & Chief Technical Officer, Cerelia Nutritech and Founder Director, Relicus Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. was resource speaker and shared her research expertise in the lecture titled ‘Young Researchers & Guide For Successful Project Completion’.
The august event was attended by M. Pharm. students. Principal Dr. Sudha Rathod welcomed resource speaker and thanked Programme Co-ordinator, Dr. Mrs. Pradnya Palekar-Shanbhag, Professor & Head, Pharmaceutics Department for initiating the event. The vote of thanks was extended by Dr. Mrs. Pradnya Palekar – Shanbhag and specially expressed sincere gratitude towards College Management for supporting this endeavour. The Lecture Series will invite experts, researchers, educationists and academicians whose expertise in the field of Pharmaceuticals would assist to advance pharmaceutical sciencesand pharmacy practice in all settings and upgrading standards of pharmacy professional services.
Prof. Javed Khan Annual Lecture Series will include several modules and elements to facilitate articulation of views on greater research among students and faculty. The Principal, Programme Co-ordinator and Organizing Committee thanked Prof. Javed Khan, President of Oriental Education Society and Mr. Waseem Khan, Managing Director for their strong support to organize such successful event.
