Report on ‘FTIR Hands – On Training’ Programme at Oriental College of Pharmacy in
collaboration with Toshvin Analytical
‘FTIR Hands – On Training’ Programme was organized for M. Pharm. students and Faculty of Oriental College of Pharmacy from 19 th – 24 th October 2019 in collaboration with Toshvin Analytical.
Demonstration and analysis of samples was carried on the latest FTIR Model No. IR Affinity
– 1, free of charge.
M. Pharm. students analyzed around 45 samples.
The programme was initiated and co-ordinated by Dr. Pradnya Palekar – Shanbhag,
Professor & HOD, Department of Pharmaceutics.
The programme was successfully conducted under the guidance of Principal Dr. Sudha
Rathod.
An Industry-Institute interaction activity was successfully organized as a part of IQAC.
This was possible with the support and co-operation of President Sir Prof. Javed Khan and
General Secretary Mr. Waseem Khan.
